The goal of this project is to calculate some HRV metrics from both PPG-IBI and ECG. The data which I would provide to you to work with are in PPG IBI, and EKG. This project should be done in R, using either the RHRV package or not. Python is acceptable, but R is preferred. You should be comfortable doing time series analysis, frequency series analysis, and/or nonlinear analysis.
The metrics to calculate are:
High Frequency %, HFNU
Very Low Frequency %
Long Term Fluctuation
RR Triangular Index
Short Term Fluctuation
Mean Heart Rate
Low Frequency, LFNU
Different codes for PPG IBI, and ECG
Comprehensive documentation/code comments
Output should be as close as possible to output from Kubios software (Free HRV software)
