Our World Wide Services Department is searching for a Freelance Software Support to help our project team with our main projects platforms. You will be responsible for understanding the scope of the project and support the team on the delivery of a new projects to our customers. Responsibilities: • Debug code and troubleshoot problems • Support the team on the understanding of the differences between multiple delivery platforms, and on optimizing output to match the specific platform Qualifications: • Proficient in Microsoft PowerShell and Python software development • Basic understanding of front-end technologies • Understanding of accessibility and security compliance, depending on the specific project • Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments • Strong unit test and debugging skills • Solid interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work as a productive member Work conditions: • Salary and time commitment will be based on specific projects • Reside permanently in Charlottesville or willing to work from our Charlottesville office when it’s required
