hey I am 3 year experienced in Machine Learning and done many classification and regression problems using different machine learning techniques like neural networks, Natural language processing, SVM and many more as per your project i am experienced with Natural Language Processing. familiar with python NLTK tool for NLP and also worked on projects like heart diesease prediction systems and diabetes prediction system. if you find my skills suitable for your project we can proceed for discussion. My approach would be as per below 1) get labelled text with classes 2) once this data is available, I will be parsing the text in each record, removing stop words, unwanted characters and obtain "bag of words". I already have a parser program for this, may need some fine tuning for this project. 3) next step would be to do a word2vec transformation. most preferred one would be TFIDF , but can also try TF , binary and hashing vectorizers in Scikit 4) I have seen a lot of success with classifiers like SVM , NN and logistic regression in Scikit. I also have a tensorflow program for this. will be trying all of these 5) for fine tuning the model I will b doing k fold cross validation for hyper parameter tuning and then try to use it on test data. 6) once I get good results I will be writing a wrapper program for the model. we can run new texts (medical data) through this model to predict
