Hi, I can give you the solution in a day. I currently don't have the hardware to test it but have learned how to configure raspberry pi to connect to a specific wifi with given password. I can also assist you with explanatory videos if you need. Hope to hear back. Bilal

Hi, I m always using raspi from my remote computer having win OS. I also cross compile my raspi again from windows side. I can write a script for you and it automatically runs the script when it is booted. Then you can connect over putty or window remote desktop app. Also, once time is got IP from your modem, modem reserves this IP for it.
