Rewrite WebXray (python) package into Ruby gem or code

I need a rewrite of WebXray module (available on the link below) into ruby. Available in Python here: [login to view URL] The result has to be a working module/gem/code that I can include into my Ruby on Rails app. Should work with Rails <= 5.0 Please look Github project and post or message me your REAL estimation in EUR and days. I will give a project to someone who can do it efficiently & as fast as possible. Thank you.
