Hi, I'm a data engeneer, with 5 years of experience in QlikView and QlikSense; I propose the next:
I could build a customer relationship management (CRM) where you can see the deal stage (Lead, Prospect, Pipeline, Closed Won, and Closed Lost), percentage advance, deal owners, inclusive the customer, type of company and type of project with all its descriptions.
In the dashboard you could see some graphic representations about times and counts of advance by deal, by stage, by sub stage, etc. How the deals behave over time, a heat map and a report with all information organized.
On the other hand, I recommend to build separate models (CRM, Finance, Work load) with the objectivo to maintain a good performance.
With the dashboards of Finance and Work load, we can talk about what you want about it.
Finally if you have a qlikview license, I can aoutomate the load of dashboard in the frequency that you want.
