Analysis of Water Quality of Groundwater Resources

Project Objective: Analyzing the water quality of groundwater resources providing a Real-Time simulation results and graphs using the data that is available by location. Strategy: 1. Automatic download of data from website [login to view URL] 2. Cleaning the data downloaded if required prior to analysis. 3. Using exploratory data analytic skills to further analyse the data, it will involve visualizing data using graphs(I will use ggplot2 package) and extracting meaningful patterns using different predictors to find the relationship between them. 4. Based on the patterns discovered will provide the analysis in the form of a dynamic report (R Markdown file) using R. Report can be extracted in various formats like pdf, word document etc based on the requirement. Note: 1. I need clarification if you also need to fit in the regression models or any machine learning algorithm to make predictions. If required, I can accommodate the same for you, but it might take extra time based on your requirement. Hi, I have completed Machine Learning course from Coursera. I also completed Predictive Analytics using R from another Institute and participated in 2 data hackathons till now. I did data examination, missing value analysis and manipulation, outlier analysis, distribution check for various features, feature engineering for some columns, built logistic regression models after checking for multicollinearity , AIC ,pvalues , optimized the model , selected cutoff based on KS curve and predicted for test data. I built other models using Random forest . Built an ensemble . For one of the hackathon to run random forest, I created AWS EC2 instance from Linux Ubuntu Image , uploaded datasets to S3 storage, used AWS machine Learning service to run logistic regression on the data to check the score it gave , predictions with the ones I got by running the algorithm manually using R on my machine.. I am looking for interesting projects to gain experience in Analytics and improve rating on freelancer site as well.
