React JS + Springboot + PostgreSql application with AWS ECS deployment for ride booking

A web application to be built for searching for and booking bike rides. Some of the UI pages (in React JS) are available (including the assets). All the remaining pages to be created, backend to be written (in Springboot or dotNetCore 5.0) along with database (PostgreSql). Application has to hosted on Amazon ECS (if hosting is not possible, pl provide quote without hosting).
Applciation logic is very simple - Admin can create different rides. End user can search for and pay and book the rides. Admin can check the different parameters of a ride (numbers booked, revenue generated etc.). Few static pages like About, contact etc.
Log-in has to be with email/password, mobile number /OTP, google and facebook.
Payment gateway integration, SMS gateway integration and SMTP integration to be done.
Project is time critical and those able to finish it a short time will be preferred.
