3d watch / special / custom buttoms

Hello, I need a wrist watch that has a futuristic look, nice and smooth. It will have: only two digits, going up to 99 second a + (plus) button a - (minus) button a L/M/H button, or a LEVEL button that a you press it, an LED will change between green, yellow and red a On and OFF button, this one could be on the side A large RESET red button, like the scnooze button on the alarm clocks. The bottom part of the watch will be a metallic cover Ont the animation/movie I would like it to count 10 seconds down, at the 4 second count the red RESET button will start to flash, 1 time on 3 seconds, 2 times on 2 seconds and 3 times on one second. At the count of 2 seconds a finger will press the reset button it will go again to 10 seconds repeating the above cycle, but this time, the finger will NOT press the button, and there will be a buzzer loud sound and the RESET button will be flashing at 4 times per second, this will go for 2 seconds and then the finger will press the RESET button again. I would also this to have a car charger, a nice design, maybe something that could also hold sun glasses, kind drop in, it would be charged by the bottom metallic cover This is for a personal idea, my budget is very low 2 kids and a mortgage :) Thanks, if this is not possible at a low budge, let me know how much it would be for drawings only, and then I will post it accordingly.
