Cabin#1 Sketchup and Layout.

Want a sketchup and dimensioned engineering layout (plan, elevation , right side) of a 20' reefer (refrigerated container) converted into a cabin. 1. See FIG1 for basic layout. There need to be some small changes to this.. 1.1. Bed should be rotated 90 degrees. Bed dimensions should be 200 cm Long by 155 cm Wide. Need to add a wardrobe / cupboard againt the rear wall of bedroom (ie to the side of the bed when rotated). There needs to be clearance to enter the bedroom , pass the foot of the bed and get into both sides.. bathroom wall can be moved slightly if necessary. 1.2. Windows to rear of main sitting area need to be removed. 1.3 Window to rear of bathroom to be removed (add exhaust fan to vent to roof). 2. Add solar panels to roof. They should cover the entire roof area of container. They should have a slight slope (approx 5 degree) and a rain catchment device (gutter ) along the lower side.. . Nothing should protrude beyond the extend of the container walls. The solar panels should be approximately 1m above the roof of the container. If there is room to add a rain water tank on the roof (under the solar panels) then please do. 3. See FIG2 for 'look and feel ' of container.. it will need to be clad to acheive this look.. Windows/ doors should be double glazed low e. If aesthetically pleasing extend the clading from the container / room roof to the bottom of the solar panels. 4. Add mini-split indoor units in the main living area and main bedroom. Mount a single outdoor unit (plenty in 3D warehouse) on the roof (under the solar panels). If you use a reefer container as template from 3D warehouse or elsewhere , remove the AC unit etc that comes with it.. the reefer is only required for its insulation properties and shape. 5 . FIG3 shows a reefer container that could be used as a template (search 3D warehouse for 20' reefer) 6. Layout should include engineering diagram with plan, elevation and right view dimension to the same granularity as FIG1. 7. I expect this activity was take a maximum of 2 hours for a someone moderately experienced in Sketchup.
