I have been managing projects remotely, for clients in USA, Canada, U.K. etc. As a Delivery Manager implementing new products I convened teleconferences with VPs and senior stakeholders as per their working hours.

An overview of my activities on behalf of a telecom major (which uses Agile Methodology to deploy work products in bi-monthly releases):
Customer facing activities:
- Budgeting: I help Project Sponsor to create annual Budget.
Requisition resources: I estimate # of BAs, Designers, Developers & Testers. Requisition resources: I estimate # of BAs, Designers, Developers & Testers. I then assemble the team (using existing resources from the common pool, and recruit if required)
- Meetings / conference calls: I run weekly calls with Project Sponsors, Business Users, Designers and other stakeholders to ensure that highlights, issues and concerns are known to all.
- Implementation & Warranty support
Team activities:
- Stand Up Call:I run the daily scrum with team.
- Sprints: I participate in discussions and give my inputs.
-Defect Calls: I review test cases and monitor defect calls. I ensure action items are assigned and resolved. I convene RCA / quality meetings.
- Implementation: I monitor deployment activities
