Need somebody who can search, find and get lead towards real estate developers (builders) in India who have any ongoing residential property project in progress, and are looking for funding for their projects.
I need someone who can smartly scrape such developers (builders) from internet research, social media, linkedin, realty publications and any other source, and validate if they have ongoing projects in any part of India.
Requirements:
> Developer should be into residential real estate development in India
> Should be looking for additional funding for his project
> Should have one or more projects which have at-least started construction of the building.
Looking for hard working and smart person who can source such leads for me to contact them, or yourself check if they require funding.
Would be happy to work along and discuss as necessary and pay commensurate to the results (leads) that get generated. Happy to discuss all compensation mechanism that works. Thanks.
