$.02 p/w - Short, steamy, possessive, alpha romance w/ plot

Hi! Thank you for checking out my job posting. Looking for as close as indistinguishable to this style as possible. The below stories greatly differentiate themselves and stand out from others in the genre... Heroine's age is 18 or 19. Caucasian, and often blondes. Frequently recurring themes and troupes - Mafia "lite". (Not dark mafia.) Include - "Daddy" talk, spanking, No diapers, pacifiers or anything too over the top. Although there is light age play, these are nowhere near full-on "DDLG romances." Story lengths... - 17.5k - 25k words. No padding of word counts please. - I'm putting the budget at $500...25k words @ $.02. We can adjust the total compensation based on the final word count, if need be. POV... - First person from both H and h. (Doesn't have to alternate perfectly...whatever tells the story best.) Story specifics... - Titles and a handful of beats that need to be hit will be provided. The rest is up to you. - Must be an actual story in addition to the steam. Just a basic plot that establishes a connection and has a third act twist is fine. There must be a real connection between characters. - A bunch of supplemental characters aren't necessary. For instance you'd need a young woman, a man, and maybe the young woman's best friend or one of her family members or some guy from her past who's bothering her. Those two or three alone can easily be enough. (You don't even need the young woman's best friend.) - Minimum of three steamy scenes per story. - Stories are over-the-top instalove (love at first sight) and written for a fun, easy read in U.S.A. colloquial speaking terms. Some readers refer to them as "palate cleansers" that they read in-between heavier, longer books, when they're looking to read but don't want to think too much. Future work... - If your style is well-received there's literally an unlimited need for more stories as the brand is well-established and needs at the very minimum a new story each week. - I'm not greedy and am happy to pay bonuses for writers who provide high quality work that is written to market and sells. Cheap is always more expensive in the long run. I'd rather overpay and have a handful of exclusive, exceptional talents. How to get started... - Provide a sample or two that matches the style from the links. If you've never written anything in that tone, then an opening chapter (action beat, reveal or something that moves fast is best...no "woe is me" starts, which are often seen) can be enough to submit for review, assuming the style is very close or better yet, indistinguishable from the source material. - Once we begin it's best to go chapter by chapter (or maybe a couple at a time) for the first story just to make sure we're flowing in a way that meets reader expectations. Starting with story two or three you're off to the races. I'm not one to micromanage and believe artists should be left alone to create. If we're working together then there's obviously trust and I am happy to let you do your thing from start to finish (after we complete one or two together to make sure we're good to go and writing to market.)
