Parsing application and matching system

A ‘Parsing document” method is available which parses a document. When a user clicks a button the system parses the text or pdf, similar to a resume parser.
The system will add the person skills, job, education, certs to database, based on the parsed data.
Person can update the data pulled from resume.
A ‘Matching’ method will be available. Compares two parsed datasets. A button is clicked and tallies up a matching score.
A person can parse: an attachment directly from their email, or desktop file folder or copy and paste. If a person is not in the system (not a registered user) the parsed data is used to create and save the person within the DB.
Styling/design is not important since I will be merging it to another app. Scaffolding is ok.
