ACT SOFTWARE

Looking for a developer with considerable experience in ACT software package and knowledge of ACT SDK and ASP.net as well as Pervasive database. The module's function is to use a provided telephone number to retrieve a customer record and then find the last note (based on date/time). The Notes table should be changed to add an additional text field of variable lenght to carry the link or a full path to a record either locally or on a network. When displaying notes for a customer, if these additional fields are not empty, then it is required to add an icon on the same line where date/time of the note field is displayed. When there is an action on the icon, it supposed to invoke a program. The deliverable must be in ready-to-run condition on the Windows XP Pro, Windows Vista Pro and Windows 2003 server. The source code must be provided and compiled locally. The source code must include comments in line with software industry prevailing standards. All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under US copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. **ONLY BIDDERS WITH CONSIDERABLE AND DEMONSTRABLE EXPERIENCE WITH ACT SOFTWARE WILL BE CONSIDERED. PLEASE PROVIDE BRIEF LIST OF RELEVANT PROJECTS AND REFERENCES.** ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
