Our business specialises in providing a solution not just a service. Unlike a lot of marketing companies, we look to start with the aim in mind and work backwards on how we can achieve this. I am looking to hire individuals who are confident in their selling ability. We offer marketing services but in particular we want to push social media management to new clients. After employing several sales staff on high salaries who claimed they were experts in sales and produced no evidence, I was approached by a freelance sales professional who actually delivered what they said they could. They were so confident they wanted a percentage of the sale as opposed to an hourly rate. Because social media management is a relatively easy sale, I think the right people could benefit hugely from this. We have endless amounts of accurate data which I am happy to provide you the use of to use in methods you feel are appropriate to generate the sale. The right individual is welcome to start immediately.

But we can guarantee you the best chance of getting the results you need, that's a personal promise What we usually do with all new clients is a short trial. This allows you to see how we work and present results without committing to a business partner for the long term without any knowledge of them. It also allows for the process to be set up correctly and any problems to be sorted out for the long term. We aim for between 12-20 calls an hour, but we aren't one of the "phone bashers".! We aim to make sales, not just calls, so if we get a hot lead we will spend time converting them, so the calls per hour may go down, but the sales go up. (thats the plan!) After the trail we can provide however many hours that you will need.
