Sales Rep/Telemarketer - Base Pay + Compensation

Our social media marketing agency is slowly growing and we're looking for an experienced Sales/Telemarketer Agent to join our team targeting small businesses for our social media marketing services. You will be responsible for cold-calling, setting up appointments, and identifying flaws in current digital campaigns. Flexible work/life balance, we will work outside the agency and refer work to us. As a previous fellow freelancer, now a agency director, I know your struggles, so me and my team will do everything to make this process as comfortable for you as possible. But you will need to deliver results! Base pay + Sales Commission! All we need you to do is the following: Research small businesses and get the phone number & email information of the person who handles their marketing information. Usually, the business owners do this, but you will have to investigate this – fairly easy work. If you are able to get through to the person who actually handles the marketing/advertising of that small business, you should schedule a free consultation appointment over the phone with them and get bonus for each appointment scheduled. Our current sales people book around 3-5 meetings per day. For each appointment that turns into an actual booking, you will get an extra 15% bonus of the entire client lifetime value. So, if we manage to get the $1000/month service contract, you will get $150/month as long the client is on board with us. We hope that you will see the potential in this. The salary will increase as your performance increases and as the time passes we’ll be able to talk about higher commisions. Requirements: Basic knowledge of social media marketing and digital marketing in general, Ability to explain what it is and why a business owner needs to have it. Fluent in conversational English Must be confident and well-skilled, yet not too pushy. Weekly amount of work: - You will be allotted 2-3 hours a day (or whatever works best for you, if you like our unique commision structure, you can work full time!)
