I have previously worked in a Call Center where we also used Zendesk chat. I was also responsible for adding the canned responses to our Zendesk portal, so the chat operators could respond to clients more efficiently, using our standardized text. My written English is excellent, and I never used abbreviations or slang while in a chat session in my previous job.
I am somewhat familiar with the forex market - the currency symbols and abbreviations, currency pairs used for trading etc. Years ago, I used to work as a cashier in a cruise ship, making currency exchanges for the passengers.
Responding to the question: "How many new clients join live chat per day?". The question is a little ambiguous, because two separate statistics are mentioned:
1) the Project Description mentions that 200-300 new clients join per day in live chat. Is that TOTAL overall with all chat assistants during the day?
2) in the example give for the earnings of one chat assistant, it mentions that in a 10-hour day, one assistant will chat with 100 new clients.
What time of the day (and what time zone) is the work available? I can work flexible hours rotating the 7 days in the week.
