need help on pipeline, dashboard and reporting creation
The Salesforce project would include, but not be limited to, the following phases and activities:
1. REQUIREMENTS GATHERING: Capture the current sales process from inquiry to sale. Identify ways to improve it, by ensuring that only activities that truly add value are included (‘To Be’ process). Document and validate the process with key stakeholders. Include initial reporting requirements.
2. DESIGN: Design a comprehensive solution to reflect the requirements gathered. Based on current understanding, this is likely to involve changes to the following Salesforce standard objects:
a. Accounts & Contacts
b. Leads
c. Opportunities
d. Email templates
e. Your custom objects
3. DEVELOP: Develop the solution in a Sandbox, ready for testing. Hold regular demonstrations reviews with key stakeholders throughout the development process.
4. LOAD DATA: Prepare and load required test User, etc
5. TEST: Run User Acceptance Training workshop with key team members to test the end-to-end solution
6. TRAIN: Delivery any additional training sessions, as required (Administrators – check re. End Users)
7. IMPLEMENT: Move solution to Production and launch the solution for selected team members.
8. SUPPORT: Support the team during Go-Live and respond to questions.
9. FEEDBACK: Gather feedback after one week of using the system

For the best practices we will need to have 1 or 2 work sessions with the person who is going to do the set up to go through the lead, contact, account and opportunity creation screens.
