46010 Photoshop macro

I need a macro that will work for Photoshop 7.0 and Photoshop CS. Here is what is needs to do. I need to be able to upload multiple image files and then the following steps should automatically occur. 1) Resize image width to 640 pixels 2) Resize canvas heighth to 480 pixels 3) "Save to web" as 75% of original file (or maybe just "High" setting) Thank you
