Firefox Extension to link address found on site / email to maps site

Hi,

We need a fairly simple Firefox Extension or IE tool tip.

If you have installed Skype, you will know that Skype checks any numbers on your displayed website or web email for numbers and then links to Skype so that you can click and call out easily.

We need someone to create a script to check for address via a 6 digit postal code, and click to launch to a web page.

When 6 digits for example 238872 is found at [url removed, login to view] bottom address, it will show an icon or highlight and user can click and it will launch new page to find it on the map, directly to this url, which is simple to implement the parameter behind.
