I have a vbulletin forum for Google APIs.

I want someone to make 40 blog comments above Page Rank 3 (the page the comment is placed on) on Google/web/internet related sites. Blog must not have a no-follow attribute. No spammy comments. No Automated submission.

I want an excel report showing the comments placed. Comments must be accepted.
