Power App and Portal

The project is Teams Message Scheduler. I have created a power app that will take the following inputs, 1. Title 2. Message Body 3. Schedule toggle 4. Date 5. Time Once these inputs are submitted a power flow is triggered and captures the values and processes as below, 1. If Schedule toggle is off then send the message now (works) 2. If schedule toggle is on then -> another condition if date and time is set for future or not(not working) 3. If the condition is future then store all values in a sharepoint list (SP List is created) 4. Another flow must check every hour, where if schedule date and time in SP list if is equal to date time now then send the message on teams and set the "Send Pending" to No. (Pending) 5. If the condition for future is not met in flow1 then reject the process with a dialog box (pending) 6. Add another screen to the canvas app to view existing schedules and option to delete them (pending) 7. Finally add this canvas app into a portal app (can be discussed about its pros and cons to understand if this helps) Note: Looking for a person who needs little to no discussion on understanding the requirements and delivers in the least time. I am freelancing this as I have other urgent matters to look into and I am not that good with this too ;)
