Need to set up a shopify website

I want some experience guys in shopify. I want to create a shop similar to [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] in shopify. 1. I will give responsive theme which is paid from [login to view URL] or others 2. I will give licence of [login to view URL] for create your own. 3. I will have similar products related to [login to view URL] 4. The navigation should be set up like [login to view URL] (However we have extra product line which is canvas and skins of phone, ipad and laptop) which [login to view URL] does not have. 5. Need to set up customize html static pages like [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 6. We will have 2 million products after 2-3 years so need to set up CDN for images and other content from now. 7. Full payment will be made after the shop is set up and LIVE. No milestone will be made unless navigation is set up like [login to view URL] 8. The programmer is expected to create a bulk upload CSV which is inbuild in shopify and upload 100 products and than train us how to upload products, manage static pages and banners. 9. If the work is good, will keep the freelancer on fixed monthly maintenance contract. Initial to setup the store my budget is low, once sales start person will earn good in maintenance. 10. Should integrate with PayU payment gateway, I think which is inbuild in shopify I am not sure though
