Shopify - Run Diagnostics On My Shopify Website

Looking for someone to run diagnostics from USA to look at my shopify website.

I seem to have 9 or so add to carts with no purchases off these.

My facebook ad metrics are really good & the data is all working for me, yet nobody is completing the checkout.

I believe it might be a backend problem or something to do with the checkout although everything seems fine on from Australia.
