Hi there, We're looking for an amazing Social Media Expert to manage our business's Instagram, Facebook & Pinterest and help us bring our new business to the next level! Our business is called Ambitious Boss: [login to view URL] Ambitious Boss is a brand new clothing line for bold females between 12 and 25 years old. We offer a large range of cool, sassy and bold custom apparel and accessories for all the "boss babes" / baller / bold women out there. We want to celebrate women and encourage women to empower each other. We are adding new products weekly and always looking to sell cooler designs for women. Ambitious Boss is a new project. We have other online businesses that are quite successful, mainly because of Instagram. Ambitious Boss just launched few days ago and our main goals are to: - raise brand awareness - create/increase traffic on our website - connect/engage with our target We're looking for someone that is creative, meticulous/attentive to details, available and dedicated to this task as a full time job as we have a very aggressive strategy plan: - post every 2/3 hours on Instagram (can be scheduled through Later app) and twice a day on Facebook - research and post relevant hashtags - connect with our audience (like/comment/be responsive with our audience) - grow our followers base by following our competitor's followers /unfollowing people that don't follow us - create adapted content and content that follow our graphic charter - create stories - propose ideas and implement them (contests, giveaways, collaboration...) - look up our competition to look what we can improve - keep an aesthetic for the Instagram feed - search for brand ambassadors etc... We are also looking for someone who can communicate with us on a regular basis. We can set up a conference call / emails once or twice a week. We would love to know a little more about you.
