Youtube Growth and Social Media Manager Wanted

We are looking for someone that can help us grow our YouTube channel and manage our Social Media Sites for Cranked Up Live.
Brad and I recently left FM radio and started Podcasting. We have been in radio for over a decade; we started in Rock Radio with a show called Cranked Up Live. We were on over 100 radio stations across the United States. We left rock and switched to Country Radio and again syndicated, being broadcast on over 60 stations across the US. You can Google 'Cranked Up Live" or Cranked Up Country Radio" and you will find us everywhere. Since our latest contract expired, we decided to leave radio all together and start a video podcast. We have only created a handful of videos so far. Our audio from these videos we make is carried by Podbean, Spotify, Google Podcasts, iHeart Media, Apple, etc., etc., but we want to grow our new YouTube page. We are wanting to bring on a social media manager that can grow our page and put us on the right track. It would probably be a permanent gig for the right person. We have 3 Facebook pages that FB will not allow us to merge for whatever reason, with about 100,000 followers. Our Twitter page has 6k followers I believe and our Instagram has several thousand as well, maybe you can tell me what we have. We really only mess with Facebook. These are all legit people. We have NEVER purchased likes or anything like that; but we do seem to just let our socials sit around and we don't do hardly anything with them, which is a total waste I believe. Anyway, we are looking for the right person. If you would like to take a look at our website, our youtube page and our other stuff and let me know a plan of attack, I would like to see it.
We have a decent social following, but do next to nothing with it. I feel that with the right person working with us, we could use those platforms to increase awareness of our YouTube channel, which is actually very, very new. Here are all of our social links.
