ALEXA SKILL for ESP8266 GPIO control

I have an ESP8266 device that works with ADAFRUIT MQTT platform. So far GOOGLE and ALEXA is working with IFTTT. For Google I just have to say "OKAY, GOOGLE OPEN THE GARAGE DOOR" and the GPIO is HIGH. But for ALEXA if I say "ALEXA OPEN GARAGE DOOR" it will not open because the word "TRIGGER" is needed. I would to create a simple ALEXA SKILL that will work without invoking or using the word "TRIGGER"
