Automate certain shipstation orders to custom tab delimited txt file and email to factory- only experienced freelancer bid --Urgent

Task sequence is as follows: 1. Every day orders come in. We want to be able to select a category of products from shipstation to be sent sent to factory in a custom txt file. 2. New orders are exported out, and formatted into csv file as attached. Needs to be formatted exactly. 3. txt file then gets emailed to another person on a daily basis. 4. If other products exist in order, split order in shipstation, Orders being sent to factory should be put on hold until we receive tracking. We have an existing plugin that we like, but it doesn't format it. THE csv format is very important.
