Bespoke Website Builder and Affiliate Dashboard/ Referral Management

Looking for a well experienced programmer or software company to create a online website builder application. Before any work can start on the application, you must write a professional project proposal document. Many programmers/companies may submit a proposal document, but can not grantee selection for all. After reading all the proposals, the project will only continue with the one person or company who have had their proposal accepted. However, each person and company will be paid up to for the proposal document they've created, regardless if it was successful or not. Milestone 1 (Project initiation) The deliverable - Professional project proposal document (5-10 pages) Up to ten people may be awarded this project. Once awarded the project you must creat a project proposal. This proposal must be a professional document which should explain how you or your company plan to carry out the project. The proposal must discuss what systems, technologies, tools, and/or coding languages you will use to create the application and why. The proposal must include a project timeline, suggested milestone, and cost estimates. It may also include any other finding or research which may be relevant to the project e.g. risks, constraints etc I can provide a proposal template if required. The person or company that have had their proposal accepted will create the application. The application must meet all of the follow requirements. Requirements may change during the lifecycle of the project. You have use the information below to do you research in order to write the project proposal. The website builder section of the application. * The selected programmer must creat a bespoke website builder * The website builder must allow users to create basic websites from pre set themes and allow user to change / customise content * The theme must be editable in content and design in the front end. Also like a drag and drop website builder * The website builder must have to functionality to either allow the user to host their website on a sub-domain or connect to a domain name they own. * The website must allow user to search available sub-domains and select one to host their site on * User who pay and subscribe to use the website builder, should also be able to use the same login for the other parts of this application. E.g affiliate dashboard Affiliate Management/Dashboard I would like the website to have a dashboard for affiliates to view and track their referrals. * It should show the number of active subscriptions which are referred under them * It should display their earnings for the current month and past months * It should display leads from their referral link e.g a potential customer clicked on the affiliate's link and enter email etc on landing page but didn't end up completing sign up. This information should be visible in their affiliation dashboard * The affiliate dashboard should allow users to enter their PayPal details and other details for commission payouts Backend dashboard/ admin panel I would like the application to have a backend system that allows admin to see all user information, manage subscription, provide data or generate reports (if possible). * The system needs to automatically charge subscribers each month * The system will track which subscription has renewed successfully and calculate which affiliate it was referred by (if any) * The system should not pay any commission if the subscriber has signed up with a referral code or referral link. * The system should track subscription renewals and calculate reoccurring commissions for the affiliate that originally referred the subscriber * If the affiliate's subscription it no longer active, the commission of their referrals should be not he calculated or paid out. * The back end system should have an option / feature to send or manage automated email The entire application will be made up of the website builder section, affiliate dashboard section, the billing section and backend system. The affiliate dashboard and website builder need to have the same login database. Both services need to be a subscription based month charge. If the charge isn't successfully put through the user should be given a 14 days grace to long in and renter their new card details. They should be notified by email if the subscription has renewed successfully There maybe be more features/ functionality to be added, which I can discuss with the person or company selected for this project. Please show your interest only if you can carry out such a project. You will be required to show your planning and knowledge in the project proposal. Please bid the amount you expect for writing the project proposal not for the entire project. The amount you will charge or expect for the entire project should be mentioned in the proposal documents, under the cost estimate section along with the suggested milestones.
