Build a comand line tool for the UDP Torrent Protocol in C#

The Goal is to develope a console application in c# that will influence the count of seeder/leecher of Bittorrent trackers like "udp://[login to view URL]" displayed in torrent clients like qbittorrent. It should connect to the tracker (with proxy list provided,if neccesary) and authentificate as valid seeder or leecher for a given torrent hash. Here is a example working only for http tracker: [login to view URL] As far as i know its not possible to spoof the ip adress on udp trackers, so you need to use (provided) proxy list for final testing. If you want to do the work , you need basic knowledge of the udp BT protocol as described here : [login to view URL] I'm looking for a quick and dirty solution with basic functionality only. For example a hardcoded path for the [login to view URL] will be enough. I need the source code to adjust it for my own needs. You can use libraries for connection purposes but it should be able to generate at least 100 seeds/leecher. I've added a picture to be clear about where results have to be accomplished.
