Component for Delphi To check if Form/Application is being covered by an other application

This project is to create a small Delphi component that when placed on a form it should fire an event if the form or application gets covered with another form or application. All events and properties that refer to a program we should be able to reference by: a. Title. b. Handle. c. Windows Class Events 1. OnBeingCovered 2. OnBeingUncovered 3. OnChange 4. OnBeingMinimized 5. OnBeingMaximized Properties 1. ExcludePrograms // this is a string list of programs that should be ignored and not fire events if they cover our program – 2. TopMost // this is a read only property that gives us the programs that is in top of ours 3. TopMostExcludingIgnored // this is read only property that would give us the top most excluding the ignored program You may use any ver of Delphi however it needs to compile in Delphi 10.2 Include the word BlueMagic in your proposal Don't bid for more than $50 for this Should work in 32 and 64-bit windows
