Most of the project is complete, but the previous freelancer could no longer work on the project, I only have the image file. This was the original job listing: "I need a custom image for a raspberry pi 3 that hides the boot screen with a logo, and allows the setup of the wifi through a GUI, I then need the display app to link to our server and show a webpage linked to it's ID. I can provide more details on request. I have a partially working version from another worker that you can test to understand the functionality. I require image files that I can flash to the SD card. Thank you."

I have past experience with Raspberry PI projects and special boot requirements on it. I had created application that configured Wi-FI in "kiosk" mode, download firmware and transferred it to a device through the serial port. Application created in C++ for Raspbian.
