Create Software to make CSV file import into different types of programs

Build a windows app to get fields from csv file and auto insert into multiple different windows programs
1. Integrate with a software activation API " see attached workflow for example "
2. User populates csv file with required information according to my template and saves
3. User selects csv template from program and $software type to import into
4. The program then opens the $software and opens the area to input the text
5. The program then will fill out as much info that is provided in the csv, saves the profiles in the external program and then exits.
6. You will do this for 7 different external programs, all the info getting imported is the same just laid out differently in each program.
I will provide you with each program during the dev phase.
Potential long employment relationship as I will need more software added and updates.
