Football line up software

I am looking for someone to write a software for me that should be able to run on windows 10 The purpose of the program is to: monitor the line ups for all games listed on the frontpage of soccerwaydotcom. Once line up for any game appears on soccerway the program AUTOMATICALLY AND FAST select the game, given there is at least 1 modification from last game's starting line up (so at first the program compares current starting line up with previous game starting line up). The program should indicate the number of changes in starting line up compared to last game's line up. A notification sound should be present for each identified game so that the user is notified. Specifically, the program should monitor all games listed on soccerwaydotcom. Monitored games should be visible in left side of screen, in this way: [login to view URL] Once there is at least 1 modification in starting line up compared to last game line up, game should be selected and moved in right side of screen as shown in the pic above (if there are no changes, game should not be selected and should not be visible on the right side). Last 2 columns indicates the changes in starting line up compared to last game line up (if there are no changes, game should not be listed): [login to view URL] Once the user click on any selected game from the right side, program should simply return the selected game starting line ups under the ''Match Tab'', showing also the starting line up from last 5 games (data also taken from soccerway). Example below: [login to view URL] In pic above red dots is today's starting line up, blue is today's bench players and green dots is the line up of last 5 previous games, yellow is the benched players of the last 5 previous games) Last, the user should be able to select a game from the monitored list in the left side and the program should return the last 5 games starting line up (the green and yellow dots from pick above). In those cases the user should be able to manually insert the red and blue dots for today's starting line up. This is only one example of how I could see the software working, however, If you know of a more practical way of doing this, I am still interested in hearing your proposal. The software will need to run on Windows 10.
