Linux based Open Source Voice Activated Macro tool

There is a tool in windows called VoiceAttack which allows users to configure responses to key phrases that the user may speak. These could be sending a key command to a specific window, open an application and more. There is no such tool available on Linux at the moment nor does there seem to be an appetite for independent developers to create one at this time. What I require is a tool similar in functionality to VoiceAttack that can run on Linux environments and bring that functionality to the OS. The resulting source code should be open source and available for anyone to download, compile and run. Feature List : - Use a localized low resource and latency speech engine which can be packaged into the solution or easily compiled as a pre-install step. - Logic to interface with speech engine and parse input for voice patterns which mach user defined phrases - System interface using a framework such as Qt5 allowing cross distro compatibility Interface should allow setting up profiles for use with multiple scenarios eg different games, applications or accessibility. - Ability to setup multiple phrases to each macro. - Macro should be able to map to either a keyboard press or combination of key presses, joystick/gamepad input device, mouse button or a system executable string. Optional : A dictation mode allowing user to direct input to the focused cursor which can be toggled via a key phrase
