My project is C++ DLL library providing some trading functions to TradeStation. Everything working fine. But I’m unable to migrate my project to different pc. (Different from PC with Visual Studio). Problem is with DLLs registration. My C++ library calls another C# DLL and this C# DLL is probably not registered at new PC. The job is simply – took my 2 projects (C++, C#) and prepare simple manual how to install result on any given PC. If there will be some need for project change, no problem. I can handle .NET but C++ is an unknown area for me. Thank you for help.

Feels like you need VC Redistributable on other machine. You might try to embed all the c++ libraries into your dll. Anyway, it's hard to tell more without more details.
