C ++ mfc application which is having a grid with multiple fields

I have created a tab where i can add edit and delete the data. Mainly I have two text fields temp key and desc text and a data grid which is having three field first two girls accepts hex value and another is primary key column that is seq id column. However I am facing issue during saving data grid multiple values.. single row saving is successful . Need some assistance to save multiple grid rows to the database
