I need Avatar (pre-recorded responses) technology built and added to an existing Vici dialer

I Need an Avatar system built for Vicidial. You may have heard it called something other than Avatar, but it is the technology call center agents uses which allows them to press numbers or bubbles on screen with pre-recorded voice responses rather than using their own voice to complete the call. This is within a Vicidial Asterisk environment if you are not experienced please don't apply! Thanks
