Hello, Will all employees see all of the clients that the main admin will input? Or will there be a way for the admin to have the client available only to certain groups? I also would like to know more about the Permissions and Groups. All the rest, upload, export in CSV, make notes, change status are all pretty clear. AS per your description you need a CRM system where admin can add the employees and employees can login into the system and able to update client files and also able to change the status of client. You also need the Bulk upload feature using CSV in system. Query: Which data you upload using CSV, Employee or client please advise. What other permissions employee have. Is there any system for client as well in the CRM? like client can able to login into the system and manage your data. I have few clarifications to the items listed: How do you like the app work to provide clients info to employees? Is it the admin to provide each employee which clients they may view or is it auto based on a set trigger which clients may view to each employee? For notes, you mean each employee may only set or send a notes to a particular clients and in general? For me to help you with your requirements, I will provide you a admin panel which the Admin may have control to give permissions each user. For example you require to allow the employees to make notes to each client file, will provide a form which a employee can create notes to all or a particular clients. and so on.
