I need you to develop some software for me.

Need to use existing database of addresses as input to (google) map search and then collect snapshot (jpeg, etc) of location to be analyzed using scoring basic program that you develop.

Need to be able to run and collect images on monthly interval to determine and document change in location conditions.

This is a prototype. Subsequent/follow on work will be to increase specificity of scoring program and perhaps use paid map service, along with another scraping tool.
