Python Telegram Tipbot with Reddcoin

Project Reddcoin (Cryptocurrency RDD) is a Tipbot that is running on Telegram. Script is running on a Linux server/desktop. The Reddcoin Core program is the Wallet also located on the server. The Telegram tipbot is talking to the wallet to get the data like balance or transfer or receive RDD amounts. This all is working fine. Now I would like to have in the [login to view URL] script the following options. Rain and Active users (Active users is written already but not working, no data in [login to view URL] file If I delete the [login to view URL] file it will create a new one and with the 2 tables activity and warn). The script part in [login to view URL] you can find the /rain already but this part must run/integrate in the [login to view URL] file and must work with reddcoind file.

/warn --> I need the user_id right now to warn a Telegram user, too difficult, please add the Telegame user name @name and chat name. Example "/warn @McCyance" Save all into the [login to view URL] user_id, chat_id, user_name

/active --> show all active users in the Telegram channel as a number, fix not working right now

/rain --> active users will receive an amount of ..RDD coins. So if a user type "/rain 10" and we have 5 users online (active users in the database) each user will receive 2 RDD. So it will be split over the users. Complete list of active users (winners) will be showed in the channel and the amount of RDD each will receive.

Check the Python code for mistakes and if needed change code.
