Hello,
I need a script or program that limit the allowed used bandwitch of connected IPs to 1mb/s upload and download each (1mbs+1mbs+1mbs....) not the global used bandwitch but every clients separately, this limitation will have to apply UDP and TCP traffic and by IP address.
I need something compatible with Debian and CentOS, like a TC script
Add: Ip addresses are not local, connected gameserver clients

Hello if there is certain list of IP address then we can CAP 1mb/s limit on each IP via Linux. Give me SSH or Share your server by team viewer and i will configure this. Thanks
