Structured Light Scanner - Coworker

Looking for someone to work with on structured light scanner.
Configuration is based on 2 calibrated cameras and 1 uncalibrated projector.
Algorithms under development is Gray code and Line-Shift.
OpenCV stereo rectification is being used and just projecting vertical patterns, scene is being decoded.
Project is nearly finished but some of problems is exist and needed someone with highly experienced on similar field.
One of the problems is attached as image. Possibly due to the rectification less sensitivity some of the wrong results are being constructed but could not exactly find the solution.
C++ / Qt / OpenCV knowledge required.
