Take a picture from Webcam

i can do it fast. pay only after complete result. i use delphi from 1996.

I have a project already done to make the job, it is in borland delphi 7, take a pic from webcam and save as jpeg file.

I have code base on DirectX (only native code without any other components). I could send You demo as exe file but need Your email adres to do that.
