Hello guys
I am looking for a 4G USB modem preferable sierra wireless USB modem i am using linux kernel 3.8.13
you task is to find out
1) what drivers/firmware is required for the sierra wireless usb 4G modem?
2) are they already present in linux kernel 3.8.13?
some body who is expert in linux device drivers for usb modem stack will be helpful

3) write C program cross compile to send various AT commands to modem and save output in memory.
4) assign an IP address to the modem. and make sure data flows in and out of the modem.
