Whatsapp Automation Project

Dear Bidders, You need to deliver the software and let me test it BEFORE payment because I need to verify that messages get to phones in our Country/Area. Preferred Programming Platforms are : C#, Python, Delphi If you do not have experience in this kind of project please don't bid. 1. I need a localhost website or desktop app to send thousands of whatsapp messages / Audio Messages / Video Clip in Groups as well personal Whatsapp Contact. 2. Application can support multiple Whatsapp accounts to send Messages moreover You need to tell me how many messages can be sent every day or every hour. 3. I need to be able to choose between: text, image, audio or video messages. 4. The list of contacts should be read from a plain text file. 5. Must be able to use several senders (channels) also loaded from a text file. 6. Reports need to show how many messages are successfully sent. 7. Your app or software should not require serial numbers or any form of license. 8. Source code with proper documentation required 9. Payment will be made only after the software is delivered and fully tested.
