Hi there, Your requirement looks quite clear and more than enough for the start. You don't need to capture all of the requirements at this phase, it's ok to modify them throughout the project and add new ones as long as they're not too complex. Basically, there'll be 4 access levels, admin, coordinator, instructor and student, of each with different capabilities. You've clearly described these under each heading so I'm not getting into details here. It seems like you haven't tagged which database you want to utilize for this and since you choice is .net I assume it'll be sql server. Let me know if that's not the case and instead you want to use mysql, postgresql, or something else. I can start as soon as you award the project and expect to deliver the first release within 30 days. If you don't have a preference for the language I'll use C#. Thanks Aydin
