Write some software

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using C or C++. I need a Music player to use as a dance teacher Should be able to have a flexible playlist, play all popular music file formats, have the ability to change the speed of a track without effecting the pitch. As well it needs a database to hold additional data for the entire music library, the ability to import all of my existing data from an Access mdb file (I want the final database to be in SQL). In addition, I need a floating window to present the data from the database in realtime on a second screen with the ability to also play video files in that second window. The most important part is to have multilingual support because I use Hebrew as well as English data (so Right-to-left text support is crucial)
