Urgent project: 4 day delivery. \r\n\r\nThe attached software takes in a specified excel file and draws a series of variable inclusion probabilities.\r\n\r\nThere are two problems: 1) the software does not plot probability responses over the entire time period. 2) the software plots individual graphs for each variable probability time-series. 3) the software calculates the optimal number of variables included in each model across time but does not plot this. \r\n\r\n

I have a master's degree in mathematics and my master's thesis contained work that was mostly done using MATLAB (Finite Element Method implemented in MATLAB). I am currently writing a PhD dissertation in Applied Mathematics at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC). My comfort level with MATLAB is very high and I feel that I will be able to accomplish the task very quickly (should my bid be accepted). Please let me know if you require any further clarification.
